Can't make it?
Meld je af bij je teamleider, niet bij de trainer. Voor trainingen en wedstrijden doe je dat in de app van je team, het liefst een dag van tevoren. Weet je niet wie je teamleider is? Vraag het aan Jasper van den Berg · jeugd@alcmariaflames.nl.

Where and when
The schedule comes from Ice Hockey Netherlands and is in the app, with the meeting time and who drives to away games.

Rules evening
Nieuw bij ijshockey? Elk seizoen is er een avond in De Meent waar ouders en nieuwe leden de spelregels uitgelegd krijgen. De datum hoor je via je team; je kunt hem ook opvragen bij Jasper van den Berg · jeugd@alcmariaflames.nl.
Membership
Details and pass
Als lid sta je ingeschreven bij IJshockey Nederland. Daarvoor geven we je naam, geboortedatum, adres, telefoonnummer, e-mailadres en een pasfoto door; zonder die gegevens krijg je geen spelerspas en mag je geen wedstrijden spelen. Wat we bewaren en hoe lang, staat in onze privacyverklaring.

Your membership and fees run until the end of the season. You cancel before 1 May.
Helping out
A club together
Elk team heeft teamleiders nodig, en bij wedstrijden ook jury en scheidsrechters. Die mensen komen uit de club zelf – dus ook van onze ouders. Je hoeft er niets voor te kunnen: je wordt ingewerkt. Wil je weten wat er bij jouw team te doen is? Vraag het je teamleider, of kijk bij de vacatures.
Conduct & safety
No refs, no games
No referees means no game. So we hold each other to it, on the ice and in the stands.
Players — only the captain speaks to the referee. A neck guard is compulsory.
For parents — cheering is always welcome; leave the coaching to the coach.
Referees — often club members themselves. Respect is not a favour but a rule.
Disciplinary cases — a fine from the federation is paid by the player, unless they are cleared.

Is something bothering you?
Voor alles wat je liever niet met de trainer of het bestuur bespreekt: ongewenst gedrag, pesten, of iets wat gewoon niet goed voelt. Je praat met Marisa Sneekes-Mink · vcp@alcmariaflames.nl. Wat je vertelt blijft tussen jullie; zij bepaalt niets zonder jou. Je mag ook eerst alleen even vragen of iets bij haar thuishoort.
